    2. Select Status or press 2.
    3. Select Platform or press 1.
    4. Select Phone or press 1.

    Find Your Model Number on the Back of the Phone

    Each Poly phone has a label on the back which shows the phone model. Although the location of the label varies, you will always find the phone model listed underneath the Poly logo.

    If the phone model is not stamped on the front of the phone, you will find it on the label on the back of the phone.
