Our team is excited to take the first step in creating a new, unified customer experience for Zayo Managed Services, and we’re happy to announce that the work has officially begun.
To enhance your security and streamline your experience, we’re updating the login process for the myENA portal. On Wednesday, November 6, 2024, your current password will need to be updated unless you’re using Single Sign-On (SSO). If you don’t use SSO, you will need to reset your password to log in.
These updates are part of a larger effort to unify and improve your experience with Zayo Education, bringing greater security and privacy as we prepare for future enhancements. Note that password resets must take place after the go-live, and any early password resets will still need to be done again after November 6.
What’s Changing?
- Unified Login Experience: You will see our redesigned zInsights login page.
- For SSO Users: If you log in with Single Sign-On (SSO) or Federation (e.g., Microsoft or Google), your experience won’t change. Simply click “Continue with Microsoft” or “Continue with Google” to access your account as usual.
- For Non-SSO Users: If you log in with an email and password, you will need to reset your password when you first access the new login page at login.zayo.com. Just click "Forgot Password," follow the instructions, and secure your account with a new password.
- Authorize zInsights App: This connection is essential for the future state of the portal.
• Access to the myENA portal: Select the “ENA by Zayo” logo.
What’s Next?
This update is the first step in creating a unified experience for all Zayo Managed Services customers. As development continues, we look forward to sharing these updates with you.
