As part of unifying our customer experience, your password will no longer work on the myENA portal as of October 16, 2024. You will be required to reset your password to login if you have not already used Single Sign On (SSO) for access.
Our team is excited to take the first step in creating a new, unified customer experience for Zayo Managed Services, and we’re happy to announce that the work has officially begun. These updates will bring many benefits along with a few changes.
This update to our login process is a proactive step towards enhancing security and privacy and functions as the first phase in our portal transition. We anticipate releasing the updated login process on October 16, 2024. By updating now, we are laying the groundwork for future improvements that will offer you a more seamless, integrated, and secure way to interact with your Zayo services.
Upon logging in, you will be redirected to our new login page at login.zayo.com.
If you log in using SSO (Single Sign-On) or Federation, your experience will remain the same. However, if you access your account with an email address and password, you will need to reset your password upon your first login to the new system.
To reset your password, simply click on "Forgot Password," enter your email address, and follow the instructions sent to your email. This step is crucial for enhancing the protection of your account and ensuring that your data remains secure under the new system.
To log in using SSO (Single Sign-On) or Federation, just click on the “Continue with Microsoft” or “Continue with Google” buttons.
Upon logging in, you'll be prompted to select a portal. Simply select the “ENA by Zayo” logo to proceed to the myENA portal.
