Set Up Voicemail Only Account

Initial Log In

You can login to your ENA SmartVoice voicemail only account from any ENA SmartVoice phone or by calling the ENA SmartVoice Message Center toll-free number at 1-877-675-1152.

From an ENA SmartVoice Phone

  1. Press the Messages button or VMail soft key (depends on the phone model).
  2. When the system asks for the PIN associated with that phone’s voicemail, press the * key.
  3. Enter your full 10 digit number, followed by the # key.
  4. Enter your default PIN, followed by the # key (this will be provided to you by your administrator).

By calling the ENA SmartVoice Message Center

  1. Dial 1-877-675-1152.
  2. Enter your full 10 digit number, followed by the # key.
  3. Enter your PIN, followed by the # key (this will be provided to you by your system administrator).

Note: When working with the ENA SmartVoice Messaging Center menus, you may press * at any time to return to the previous menu.

Change Your PIN

  1. From the Main Menu, press 4 to work with Settings.
  2. Press 3 for Security Options.
  3. Press 1 to change your PIN.
  4. Enter a new PIN and press #.
  5. Re-enter your new PIN to confirm and press #.

Record Your Name

  1. From the Main Menu, press 3 to work with your greetings.
  2. Press 3 to change the recording of your name.
  3. Press 2 to review/re-record your name.
  4. Press 1 to make a new recording.
  5. Record and press # when finished.
  6. The system will play back your new name announcement.
  7. If the recording is ok, press 1.
  8. To record again press 2.
  9. To exit without changing the recording of your name press 3.

Record/Change Your Personal Greeting

  1. From the Main Menu, press 3 to work with your greetings.
  2. Press 1 to set up a personal greeting.
  3. Press 1 to work with your personal greeting.
  4. Record your greeting and press # when finished.
  5. If you are satisfied with the new greeting, press 1.
  6. Change the greeting by pressing 2.
  7. Exit without saving the new greeting by pressing 3.
